14-Day Returns (EU Law)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. No questions asked.

Conditions for Returns

Your item is eligible for return if it meets ALL of these conditions:

✓ Unworn and unwashed – Never worn or worn for a photo (no visible wear or damage from use)
✓ Original condition – No stains, fading, or damage from handling
✓ Tags attached – All original tags and labels intact (if applicable)
✓ Unopened packaging – Items in original, sealed packaging preferred

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

✗ Personalized or custom-printed items – Custom requests cannot be returned
✗ Worn or damaged items – Items with visible wear, stains, discoloration, or damage
✗ Items without tags – Original tags must be attached for return eligibility
✗ Swimwear or undergarments – If packaging has been opened or item has been tried on
✗ Items returned after 14 days – Returns must be initiated within the 14-day window

How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact us through our socials with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the item (if quality-related issue)

Step 2: We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days

Step 3: If approved, we'll send you a free return shipping label via email

Step 4: Ship your item back within 14 days of receiving the label

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days

Refund Details

Refund Amount:

• Full refund of the purchase price (minus return shipping if applicable)

• Refund issued to your original payment method

• Original shipping fees are not refundable (you keep the item sent to you)

Refund Timeline:

• Issued within 7-10 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse

• Processing time: 3-5 business days to appear in your account (depends on your bank)

Return Shipping:

• We cover standard return shipping to our warehouse

• If you request expedited return shipping, you cover the difference

• Return tracking provided with every return label

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product photos:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the damage/defect

2. No return needed – We'll process a full refund immediately or send you a free replacement

3. You can keep the defective item at no cost

Quality Issues & Sizing

Quality concerns (seams, print peeling, fabric issues)?

• Contact us within 7 days with photos

• We'll review and process a full refund or replacement

Sizing concerns?

• All our sizing information is listed on each product page

• If you ordered the wrong size, we can process a return for an exchange to the correct size

• Return shipping covered by us; you cover new shipping for the replacement (or accept the loss as a learning experience)

International Returns

We currently accept returns from EU countries only. If you're outside the EU, please contact us to discuss options.

Return Shipping Address

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label directed to our warehouse. Do not ship items without first receiving approval and a return label.
